We refer to our notice dated 27/03/2021 in relation to the cyber-attack on our server here in
Singapore (the “Incident”).
A thorough investigation of the Incident remains on-going. As we have earlier confirmed, an
unknown threat actor accessed and downloaded certain limited business and customer
information - primarily from invoice and delivery records. The customer information is limited
to the names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses of our customers (the
“Personal Information”).
The Personal Information does not include NRIC numbers. Vhive does not store the NRIC
numbers of its customers.
It is important to note that the Personal Information does not include financial information,
such as credit card numbers. All financial records in relation to purchases made with Vhive
are held on a separate system which was not impacted by the Incident.
As a matter of precaution and in order to safeguard your accounts with Vhive, we have
automatically reset your passwords. We also recommend you continue to take the following

Do not provide your password to anyone regardless of any reason, including anyone
claiming to be from Vhive.
If you receive any unsolicited emails or calls from Vhive, including but not limited to
the email address requesting your personal information, or you
are required to click on a link in the email, please immediately delete the email and
do not open any link in the email, or terminate the call.
Beware of any forms of scams, either through email, text messages, or phone calls.
As we have earlier advised, the Incident was notified to the Personal Data Protection
Commission (“PDPC”) on 26 March 2021. The Incident was also notified to the Singapore
Police. Both the Police and PDPC are continuing to investigate the Incident.
